How do I pay for my order?

You have two options , either you pay through offline  to the Seller's account  or  you  pay through to Ojarh.com’s account  if the Seller accepted you should do so.

How do I become freelance Agent?

It’s easy, do the registration include all your personal information  upload your passport photo , upload your Valid ID (if any) you will receive notice of approval within 48hrs  with your Agency Code to your email address. And you are all set .

How does Seller know how to add his location of business?

Simple, in the Seller Dashboard  add category of your product , add State where your business is located  finally add Market name where your store is located  if you are in an organized Market
Otherwise you add ‘Other Areas’ meaning your store is located on the street,plazas, industrial layout, Estate,  malls, other commercial facilities .

How to deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by fast and convenient shipping method and condition you
agreed with the seller.
  

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

ojarh is your trusted online marketplace that supports Nigerian entrepreneurs and we have
many different sellers competing for business. Therefore, you may see the same product
offered by different sellers at different prices. We believe that by supporting these
'third-party' sellers, we can offer you a wider product selection, more choice, increased
convenience, and better pricing.
  

How to leave feedback about the seller or report illegal activity on ojarh site?

If you want to leave feedback concerning your buying experience on Ojarh, click on Leave
feedback
button available within each advert on our website. Provide a detailed feedback
about the seller and note that your feedback will be visible for all ojarh users.
You can also
Report on illegal/fraudulent activity if you find something suspicious about
the seller or his advert. Your feedback will be immediately redirected to ojarh i support
managers and we will block the seller if he proves to be a scammer.

How to post an advert on ojarh

+

Posting ads on ojarh is easy and fast, just take the following steps to proceed:
1. Click on SELL
2. Complete all the information about your item such as title , category , region , description ,
price and add photos (at least three photos needed for cars and phones).
3. After filling out the required fields, click on “
Post ” button.
4. Once you post your ad, you will be immediately redirected to our registration page (if you are
not a registered user). You will have to fill out all the required fields and click on ‘Register’
button at the bottom of the page.
5. Your advert will be published shortly once moderation process is completed.
6. Once your advert is live, you will receive a notification email.
7. Be ready to receive numerous incoming calls from your potential buyers. Good luck with your
sales!

What does “Other Areas” In Category mean in a state?

It is location of sellers in areas like malls, Estate, industrial,layout, and plazas etc Within the state other than organized markets.  

How do sellers include their market name or product category if they cannot find it on the marketplace?

They need to send email , chat , or call our customer care to include it.  

How do I set up a store as a seller?

First, you read the terms and conditions , you follow the instructions on how to set up the
store and do it yourself or you seek the help of our customer care or our agents.

Why Did My advert decline?

There are several reasons why your ad can be placed declined by our moderators:
1. 1. You tried to post several items within one ad. It is not allowed to do that. Each item for
sale must be posted separately, one ad - one product. Please follow this simple rule so that
your ad is activated shortly.
1. 2. Pictures you've uploaded contain contact numbers. We do not allow posting this kind of
photos. Please add pics which don't have any phone numbers for your ads to go active on
ojarh.com
1. 3. There are certain restrictions concerning prices users might set. Please, input an
appropriate price for your advert to be approved. If the price is not relevant, it may be
declined. Make sure to carry out some investigation of a market value of an item you intend
to sell.
